Leadership for Professors
We accompany you as a professor in your leadership and personal development. In line with the concept of lifelong learning, we reflect together with you as competent sparring and reflection partners on personal areas of development and provide specific advice in your individual situation. We are guided by the social and leadership competencies of ETH. We exclusively work with professors. Our range of services includes leadership consulting and the Leadership Feedback Process (LFP).
1. Leadership Consulting
We offer leadership consultations for all professors at ETH Zurich. Our services include:
- Conducting leadership interviews and individual development discussions to support personal leadership development.
- Reflection, sparring, and individual counseling for specific challenges and goals in leadership.
- First point of contact for questions and exchange regarding leadership.
2. Leadership Feedback Process
The Leadership Feedback Process (LFP) is based on the DownloadProfessor Ordinance and supports regular professors at ETH Zurich in systematically reflecting on their leadership behavior.
