Qualifying examinations

Enter date and room
The doctoral candidate and examiners first set the date and location of the qualifying examination. The doctoral candidate then enters this information in myStudies. An email then goes automatically to all examiners, the supervisor, the Doctoral Administration and the doctoral student, informing themof the date and location of the qualifying examination.

The data entered can be changed if the date is in the future and if no result has been entered.

View results
When the result of the qualifying examination is saved in the system, a notification email is sent. The result can then be viewed immediately in myStudies.
