This research report analyzes the image of the insurance industry in the first quarter of 2007 in opinion-leading US media. The authors state that compared to 2004, the industry’s media image had improved by 2007. Better communication performance on the part of the companies is required however if a more comprehensive picture of the industry is to make its way into media coverage.
