This edition of the Canadian Military Journal includes articles covering the phenomenon of suicide attacks in the Middle East, the Canadian Army’s development initiative of Adoptive Dispersed Operations and the Canadian Forces' Operational Planning Process. Further articles examine problems associated with the planned manned mission to Mars, and the origin of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP) as it applied to Canada.
