This policy brief analyzes the crisis in Guinea following the massacres on 28 September 2009. It examines key variables that would determine the direction of the crisis and identifies the potential spoilers and connectors. The authors envisage possible scenarios until expected elections take place and explore the options available for Guinean and international actors.
