2009

In this publication, the authors analyze issues affecting African countries. They examine the Ethiopian republic and its governance techniques, policies in West Africa prevailing among development organizations, and the Kabiye language. The authors also highlight the politicized cultural populism in Malawi and South Africa’s norm of sovereignty, including its 2009 general election. Cape Verde’s reform program in the area of good governance, institutionalization of democratic politics and public administration are also evaluated along with a report presenting the root of Guinean crisis by Boubacar Barry.
