This collection of conference papers issued by the Centre of Civil-Military Relations (CCMR) and the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) analyzes the prospects and possibilities of Euro-Atlantic security integration of the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The authors assess the opportunities and obstacles associated with including Serbia and Montenegro in the Euro-Atlantic framework, from both a Yugoslav as well as international point of view.
