This issue of the Canadian Military Journal places special emphasis on the study of bilateral defense cooperation between the US and Canada and on the Canadian air forces. Furthermore, the authors explore the importance of civil oversight of the military, NATO's missile system, as well as the coherence of the concept 'command and control'.
