Several articles of this journal explore Canada's strategy to fight the war on terror, and argue that only by winning the hearts and minds of the local populace, can developed countries counter the terrorist threat. Further, the authors study NGOs in order to enhance civil-military relations in peace support operations and discuss the ethics of human testing in Canadian defense research. A historic review of the Canadian-British air-military cooperation in the Second World War concludes the issue.
