This issue discusses how a nuclear weapons ban in the Middle-East could be implemented effectively and how a Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) could be verified. The author advocates measures to curb the spread of nuclear weapons as well as the disarmament of existing weapons systems.
