This book looks at a variety of issues concerning the multilateral trading system and regional trade agreements. Part I of the book discusses the possible ways forward for the WTO. Preferential trade arrangements are dealt with in Part II of the book. Part III of the book addresses the participation of developing countries in the multilateral trading system. Institutional reform of the WTO is the central theme of Part IV of the book. Finally, part V discusses the future of the multilateral trading system.
