This study elaborates on pioneering work on the subject of Arab migrants to the Levant, including the flow of landless peasants and Bedouin from mainland Egypt eastward. It also augments anthropological knowledge produced through audits of narratives of immigration from the Middle East lands to the Levant and Palestine in particular.
