This paper argues that the transnational security problems involving Bangladesh create serious implications for the entire region. Consequently, it analyses the main transnational threats facing the country and provides some recommendations to help address them. For example, the authors suggest that South Asian states need to improve their own capacities and work together to deal with these problems. Furthermore, they need to build up the political will to bring about such necessary changes.
