Publication

This paper talks about the achievements and failures of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) as well as Bangladesh's dealings with the institution. The author argues that Bangladesh can use the ARF as a platform to realize its aims of promoting regional economic, political and security cooperation. Such action could help raise the country's profile and attract foreign investment which could improve the power sector and disaster management.
