This paper reviews the implementation of the adopted follow-on action plan “Conclusions and Recommendations for Follow-on Actions” of the Eight Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons in 2010. The main findings conclude that the overall progress of implementation since 2010 has been very limited and even appears to have slowed down since 2012, although there has been limited progress concerning implementation in some Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) states.
