This study discusses Iran's nuclear capabilities as well as what is known about the country's nuclear fuel cycle and how its various parts link together in order to clarity technical components related to it. It also talks about the nature and extent of IAEA safeguards coverage in the country. It suggests that predictions on the future of Iran's nuclear program are limited due to the information gathered and that Iran's acceptance of the Additional Protocol could further knowledge in the area and reduce concerns over the program.
