The lead article in this issue discusses the development of the training program for inspectors in the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization/On-Site Inspection (CTBTO/OSI) program. The author argues that there are several lessons to be learned from this process which could apply to the CTBTO and other international organizations which operate inspectorate training programs. The issue also includes short articles on: North Korean nuclear test isotopes, arms trade treaty implementation, small drones developed for sample collection, and multilateral nuclear disarmament.
