This paper provides a critical analysis of Korea’s nuclear power policy, which, since its beginning in 1978, has remained largely uncontested. The author attempts to challenge conventional conceptions on Korea's nuclear policy from different perspectives and talks about the side effects of the policy. According to him, Korea needs new principles for its nuclear policy management.
