Publication

This paper summarizes some of the main security-related issues surrounding cyberspace and the use of information and communication technologies discussed at the Seoul Conference on Cyberspace in 2013. Discussion at the conference placed particular emphasis on the building of norms and confidence building measures in the cyber security realm, as well as on the interaction and cooperation between industry and civil society to improve international cyber security.
