This report considers the advances made in prosecuting war crimes cases involving sexual violence in the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) justice system and makes recommendations for the speedier delivery of justice. A key finding of this report is that implementation of the National Strategy for War Crimes Processing is enhancing the resolution of sexual violence cases by ensuring the burden is shared between the justice systems at the state and entity levels.
