This report assesses the progress made throughout the OSCE region in combating human trafficking and exploitation in 2013. It reviews the key focus areas of the OSCE Action Plan launched in 2003 to tackle the issue of human trafficking and looks at how the OSCE cooperated with other international organizations and non-state partners to achieve its goals.
