This report summarizes the results of consultations with non-state actors in Africa regarding their assessment of the African Union’s Peace and Security Council’s (PSC) performance ten years after it came into being. Mores specifically, it outlines the twelve critical challenges identified by stakeholders regarding the PSC’s work, as well as key recommendations provided to address them. The report also includes a series of commitments adopted by non-state actors to ensure greater engagement with the PSC in the future.
