The report provides an overview of the police-related programs and projects implemented by the OSCE in 2013. In particular, the authors focus on the activities of the OSCE's Transnational Threats Department; the police-related activities of the OSCE's Gender Section, the Office of the Coordinator of Economic and Environmental Activities, and Office of the Special Representative and Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings; and the police-related activities of the OSCE's field operations in South-Eastern Europe, Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia.
