This study examines the public procurement processes in Serbia and identifies the particular stages in these processes where corruption is likely to occur. The authors also 1) provide examples of the different forms of corruption that can be found in public procurement in Serbia; 2) examine the effects of these forms of corruption; and 3) suggest measures that could be adopted by Serbia to prevent corruption.
