Publication

This commentary discusses the political and institutional crisis in Kosovo and the factors that contributed to the situation. It also looks at how the crisis could affect 1) the formation of a new government; 2) the establishment of a tribunal to judge war crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army and 3) the dialogue for normalizing relations between Pristina and Belgrade.
