This paper examines the amendments Ghana's Constitutional Review Commission (CRC) proposed for the country's 1992 Constitution which will be voted on in a referendum in 2014. In particular, the authors pay particular attention to the degree to which the proposed constitutional amendments address the key governance challenges that emerged under the 1992 Constitution.
