This monitoring report tracks the actions, public statements, economic decisions and participation in international meetings of key regional actors - India, Iran, Russia, China and Saudi Arabia - regarding Afghanistan during the period of October to end-December 2014. The author also provides an overview of the regional dynamics, as well as specific issues affecting tensions in Afghanistan during this time.
