This paper discusses the ongoing Iran-P5+1 nuclear negotiations following the release of a Joint Statement on the parameters of a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) for an agreement, released by Iran and the EU in early April 2015. More specifically, the author examines 1) what a final deal might look like; and 2) what verification arrangements may be applied when the agreement enters into force - including those involving the IAEA - and what might be required to ensure that Iran's declarations on its nuclear materials are complete.
