This commentary examines how some of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are reacting in 2015 to the US' disinclination to enter into a formal security agreement with them. In particular the author discusses these countries' snubbing of the May 2015 Camp David meeting set up by US President Barack Obama to discuss greater security cooperation and their intervention against Houthi rebels in Yemen.
