This conference report summarizes the results of the March 2005 Graduate Seminar on International Development in Waterloo, Canada. The seminar provided the opportunity for over 120 Canadian graduate students to interact with development experts and discuss key issues of the international development agenda, including how the various actors in development carry out operations, the difficulties of aid coordination, the impact of trade on development and the formulation of multilateral development policies.
