This paper synopsizes the results of the "Ninth China-US Strategic Nuclear Dynamics Dialogue" which brought together Chinese and US experts in order to discuss the international and nuclear issues that face their countries and the world. Among other topics, the discussants focused on 1) the future of US-Russia arms control and disarmament cooperation; 2) the status of Chinese and US bilateral relations and what role(s) nuclear technologies and policies play in them; 3) the present state of international non-proliferation and nuclear security cooperation; 4) the nuclear and conventional threats posed by Iran and North Korea; and 5) what crisis management and confidence building measures the US and China should pursue with each other.
