Among other topics, the discussants focused on 1) the future of US-Russia arms control and disarmament cooperation; 2) the status of Chinese and US bilateral relations and what role(s) nuclear technologies and policies play in them; 3) the present state of international non-proliferation and nuclear security cooperation; 4) the nuclear and conventional threats posed by Iran and North Korea; and 5) what crisis management and confidence building measures the US and China should pursue with each other.
