Publication

This publication examines the Western foreign policy and the post-9/11 re-ordering of the world. With the events of 11 September 2001, the author demonstrates how the US has moved away from multilateralism to doctrines of regime change and pre-emptive military action. The author argues that these doctrines could never become accepted conventions of the international community and that this conservative position will imperil the security of Western society.
