This paper provides a technical account of Iran's nuclear activities. It describes the specific facilities and procedures used by the Iranian regime, including its IR-40 research reactor and the gas centrifuges it is employing for uranium enrichment. The author provides a number of estimates concerning Iran's nuclear capabilities, including its development of ballistic missiles.
