As Liberia continues on its wobbly path to peace and stability, this report looks at 1) existing conflict factors in and out of the country; 2) the effectiveness of current peacebuilding processes and frameworks; 3) different proposals for peace and reconciliation; and 4) the interplay of local and national unity. Following their initial analyses, the report’s authors also offer a number of recommendations to create effective state policies and programs within Liberia.
