This paper discusses challenges and reforms for the Development Cooperation (DC) of the UN at the end of the 1990s. It highlights deficits and strengths of the UN-DC and gives an overview of the state of reforms as well as the part of Germany in the UN-DC. The author analyzes whether there is reform stagnation or reform dynamism and concludes by suggesting key focal points for pending reforms.
