As the African Union approaches the 10th anniversary of its mission in Somalia (AMISOM), what progress has it made and, perhaps most importantly, what mission exit strategy does it envision for the future? This conference report addresses these questions and more by breaking them down into four categories – political, strategic, operational, and exit strategy.
