This report shares the findings of a March 2017 meeting of the Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP), which focused on non-proliferation and disarmament (NPD) issues. Some of the topics covered include 1) recent developments in NPD; 2) the possible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula; and 3) biosafety and biosecurity in the Asia-Pacific Region.
