The proceedings of this ACCORD workshop 1) commemorates the African Union’s decade-long implementation of its Post-Conflict Reconstruction and Development Policy (PCRD), and 2) explored the possibility of updating the PCRD in six areas – security; demobilization; security sector governance; humanitarian assistance; 5) political/socio-economic governance; and women, youth and gender.
