As the title suggests, this report assesses the current state of foreign and security policy cooperation among Nordic countries. More specifically, the authors focus on such cooperation’s forms, formats and structures, recent trends and drivers, and key constraints and obstacles hindering further cooperation. The authors also review 1) possibilities for how to deepen Nordic foreign and security cooperation; and 2) defense cooperation in the Nordic region.
