This AJCR Issue examines the role of constructive dialogue in post-conflict environments. The featured articles look at 1) the efficacy of top-down approaches to social coexistence and community building in Zimbabwe; 2) the importance of healing through storytelling for female survivors of sexual violence in Northern Uganda; 3) inter-group conflicts along the Ethiopia-Kenya border; and 4) using indigenous institutions as an alternative conflict resolution mechanism in Eastern Ethiopia. The issue additionally includes a book review.
