Publication

Apr 2005

The publication assesses the progress of five nuclear weapons states (China, France, Russia, the UK and the US) in regard to nuclear disarmament agreements. In particular, it looks at the Article VI of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). The brief argues that little progress has been made and offers recommendations, including a review of the implementation of the 2000 NPT final document.
