Publication

The publication discusses the IAEA's dilemma of balancing the rights of states-parties to acquire nuclear technology under Article IV, while simultaneously promoting the Nuclear Non-Proliferation regime. In closing, the authors call for the promotion of global norms and controls on the transfer of nuclear technology.
