This report provides an overview of the topics discussed at the May 2017 NATO Special Meeting in Brussels. The topics addressed included 1) NATO’s role in the fight against terrorism 2) burden sharing within the Alliance; 3) NATO-Russia relations; and 4) the continuing instability in Libya.
