This report summarizes the results of a November 2016 workshop on STCs in the Asia-Pacific region. It specifically focuses on 1) intangible technology transfers; 2) mechanisms that enhance the enforcement of STCs; 3) the prerequisites associated with transit and transshipment facilities; 4) the institutionalizing of STCs in multilateral regimes, and much more.
