Publication

This publication provides insights on several key themes regarding information and communication technology in order to assist the High-level Panel on Digital Cooperation, which works towards helping the UN to more fully respond to digital needs and challenges in the 21st Century. Such issues include 1) what values and principles should underpin cooperation in the digital realm; 2) the impact of social media on fragile democracies, society and politics; 3) implications for the UN of developing technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and lethal autonomous weapons, and more.
