Oct 2016

This paper probes the status of Georgia’s domestic politics following its October 2016 national elections. While the election results reinforced the impression that the country has become more stable, the paper’s author believes that additional political and economic reforms are necessary. Successfully implementing these repairs, however, will require extensive support from the EU, which can ensure available instruments such the AA and DCFTA are used in the task.
