You will receive your ETH card from the relevant office. This office is also the point of contact for any questions or problems.
The ETH card must be treated with care. The card must not be exposed to termperatures higher than 50° C and must not be perforated.

Replacement card
If the card is technically defective, it will be replaced free of charge by the issuing office.
In the event of loss or theft, you must apply for a replacement card immediately either at the issuing office or via Webshop Academic Services. A replacement card will be issued on payment of the handling fee of CHF 25.
A replaced card is no longer active, and if it is found again it should be destroyed immediately.

Replacement card
In the event of technical defects, loss or theft, the card will be replaced free of charge by the issuing office.
The new card will always be sent to the postal address. This address cannot be changed individually.
The photo should not be more than 2 to 3 years old.
