Internal Application Pool for Administrative Assistant Positions
Since March 2023, you have the opportunity to enroll in the "Internal Application Pool for Administrative Assistant Positions." Please note that you should be available within approximately six months from the time of your enrollment. This allows us to keep the pool as current as possible.
This pool is intended for administrative assistants or employees who cover the profile and wish to transition within this function. Through the application pool, you have the opportunity to be supported in internal mobility. Nonetheless, this does not replace the individual responsibility for actively searching for positions and keeping personal documents (CV, diplomas, etc.) up to date.
Recruiting acts as a hub. At the same time, we recommend that you involve your line manager(s) as soon as possible if you wish to make a change.
The pool pursues the following main goals:
- Increased transparency of temporary positions
- Better utilization of ETH synergies and increased efficiency
- Further development of the recruiting strategy and associated services
- Support for internal mobility
- Promotion of development opportunities, initiative, and employability

After you have applied and filled out the questionnaire for the "Internal Application Pool for Administrative Assistant Positions", we will invite you to a brief online meeting to discuss the next steps with you.
Every six months, we will contact you to check the accuracy of your data and your interest in remaining in the pool.
To stay informed about the administrative assistant positions currently posted on the internal job portal, you will receive a pool job email with currently published positions after entering the pool and completing the questionnaire.
This job email will only be sent if we have internally posted administrative assistant positions. You are welcome to sign up for the job email on our website without having a pool application. Externally posted positions can be subscribed to as usual on our job portal's job email.
Your data will, of course, be treated confidentially within the recruiting process.
