Do you know the feeling that time is running out, and you have lost control of the many tasks and projects? Are there things that you have been putting off for ages? Do you often feel rushed, tense and unbalanced? Or would you simply like to bring more order and structure into your everyday life? In this online course, you will learn in just 4 modules how to increase your effectiveness and efficiency and still have enough time and energy for your spare time at the end of a productive working day. With practical tips, you will develop productive and everyday-friendly habits that will sustainably improve your time management and resilience.

Participants will:

- Keep an overview of all projects and tasks with proven methods.
- Know strategies to overcome time wasters (e.g. putting off tasks, perfectionism, not being able to say no, a flood of emails, consuming too much social media, etc.).
- Be aware of your values, set priorities, achieve goals.
- Keep calm in hectic situations and focus on the most important tasks.
- Use effective techniques to relax and thus be more productive and efficient.
- Using artificial intelligence as well as analogue and digital technologies to complete tasks more efficiently.
- Theoretical input, exercises and group discussions
