If a person is to be authorized on the cost centre and all PSPs of your unit, it is sufficient to delegate the desired authorization 1 x on level responsibility centre. The authorization then automatically applies to all related elements such as cost centre and PSPs.
If a person is to be authorized exclusively on all PSPs, but not on the cost center, the required authorization must be delegated individually on each PSP.
Yes, it's possible.
A person can also be given several authorizations in the same responsibility centre, for example, 'Budget Manager' (BM) for the cost centre and 'Supporter with HR rights' (SP_HR) for the entire responsibility centre. For more information, see Best-Practice-Beispiele.
The role 'Budget Manager' (BM) can be assigned 1 x per element (that is, 1 x per responsibility centre, cost centre, SAP project or PSP element).
The role 'Budget Manager with HR rights' (BM_HR) can only be delegated at responsibility centre level, also only 1 x.
Tip: If a role is delegated at responsibility centre level, it automatically applies to the cost centre and all PSPs of the responsibility centre.
Only employees who do not have any other financial authorization require the role 'Internal Shopper' (EKI). The rights of an 'Internal Shopper' are already included in the authorizations 'Budget Officer', 'Budget Manager', 'Budget Assistant'.
Caution: The authorization 'Internal Shopper' is always assigned at responsibility centre level.
If she represents you regularly, she should be given the same (or similar) rights as you (multiple assignment of the same autorization).
Alternatively, you can use limited authorization assignments (the Budget Officer assigns an authorization to the substitute and deletes it at the end of the substitution period).
